Our fee structure is ‘all inclusive' and works as follows:

• Set-up and data conversion ... is a one time charge.
• Monthly fee ... is one single all-inclusive monthly fee for each member for standard plan administration.  No surprises.
• Plus out-of-pocket expenses and applicable taxes.

When we are asked to do extraordinary work, we will negotiate these fees separately, in detail.  Again ... no surprises.
